Susan Radwan, MEd, SMP, CAE, GSP has a rich history of experience in the fields of insurance, education, strategy development, non-profit associations. She has been consulting in governance since 1996.
Radwan attended the Policy Governance Academy in 1999. She brings passion, clarity and insight to her Policy Governance consulting. She has an acute ear for whether clients are grasping the nuances of the model.
Radwan is co-author of the newly released Governing by Principles, available on Amazon.com. She is the Executive Managing Editor of Professional Practices in Association Management, 3rd edition, jointly published by Wiley and Sons and the American Society of Association Executives. Radwan is also the course and content designer for the Modern Board Series, sponsored by Capacity Canada and delivered by the Conestoga Community College system across Canada.
She recently became President-Elect of the Association for Strategic Planning where she also serves as Certification Commission Chair.
