2025 GOVERN for IMPACT Conference

Rose has more than twenty‐five years’ experience in organizational transition and leadership development, and twenty‐plus years in management and leadership positions. In the past fifteen years, Rose has focused on supporting boards with the effective implementation of Policy Governance ®. Prior to consulting, Rose served in CEO and senior staff roles with national non‐profit organizations. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration.

Rose attended the Policy Governance ® Academy™ in 2009. She was a member of the Board of Directors of Govern for Impact for six years, serving as the Board Chair for three of those years. Rose has been the program director for Govern for Impact’s Policy Governance® Proficiency (PGP) program for the past six years. She was awarded Govern for Impact’s Caroline Oliver Lifetime Achievement Award in 2019. Rose holds the professional designation of Governance Systems Professional (GSP). In November of 2022 in partnership with Richard Stringham, Rose assumed an ownership role in The
Governance Coach.
