About me
Dr. Wolfe is currently an assistant professor of organizational leadership at the University of Arkansas Fort-Smith in the College of Business and Industry. She is also president of the West Memphis (AR) School Board of Directors and member of the West Memphis (AR) Chamber of Commerce where she serves as chair of the legislative council committee.
Wolfe is founder and chief executive officer (CEO) of Education & Training Solutions, LLC where she focuses on executive board development and professional trainings for educators and administrators. She is an experienced trainer, adult educator, and administrator with a passion for coaching and developing people. Kimberly earned her PhD in Educational Policy and Leadership with an emphasis in Workforce Development from The Ohio State University. Additionally, Dr. Wolfe earned a master’s degree in counselor education and bachelor’s degree in business education, both from South Carolina State University.
Kimberly is a licensed school counselor, principal, and district level administrator (superintendent) in the states of Arkansas and Tennessee. She previously served as assistant director at the Ohio State Department of Education; Office of Career-Technical Education where she provided oversight of the following career fields: business, marketing, finance, information technology, and arts & communication. Moreover, she served as executive director of the Ohio DECA and Ohio Business Professionals of America (BPA) career-technical student organizations. Dr. Wolfe has also been an administrator and teacher in traditional, charter, and online settings.
